AEVA National Webinar – James Westcott AUGUST 23, 2021

The Western Australian branch of the AEVA will be hosting this month’s national webinar, to be held on Monday evening, August 23rd at 7.30 pm AEST (7.00 pm CST and 5.30 pm WST).
James Westcott (Project Director) from the Future Battery Industries Cooperative Research Centre (FBI-CRC), will tell us a little about the FBI-CRC and its goals, before taking us on a tour of the battery circular economy. He will be speaking about the battery repair, re-purpose and recycling programs underway and planned, and some of the science behind safely dealing with battery waste streams.
Please join us for what is sure to be a fascinating discussion about battery reuse and recycling, along with a Q+A session afterwards. As always, the talk will be recorded and uploaded to the AEVA YouTube channel for later viewing.
