Calling all families who want to get close and personal with trucks, heavy machinery and all things motor at Touch a Truck on the 18th of April.
A variety of machines will converge on Modbury’s Civic Park for this free school holiday event, including a Council streetsweeper, waste collection truck and more, plus emergency service vehicles, historic cars and go-karts.
There will also be some electric cars for you to check out.
Other children’s entertainment including racing simulators, the pit stop challenge and pedal GoKarts will be onsite as well as multiple food vendors to cater to all your snack, coffee and lunch needs.
A quiet hour will occur from 10am to 11am, when there will be no horns, sirens or loud music.
Registration or tickets are not required, just come along.
